This page explains the main data used by Eximus accounts and campaign tools. For questions about your information or a link using our service, contact Eximus Support.
Account and service records
Eximus processes information supplied when you create and use an account, including account details, subscriptions, wallet transactions, domains, campaign configuration, support messages and generated content or history.
Campaign visitors and traffic controls
Campaign and tracking tools can process IP addresses, user agents, visit times, domain and link identifiers, browser and device signals, inferred location and network details, and human/bot classifications. These records support configured traffic rules, security and analytics. IP-based location and classifications can be inaccurate.
Customers who deploy campaign links or pixels are responsible for providing appropriate visitor notices and obtaining consent where required for their use. A pixel records a request to its URL; that request alone does not prove a person read or engaged with a message.
Sessions and external services
The dashboard uses session cookies to maintain login and service state. Depending on the feature, requests may involve hosting providers, IP-lookup services, Google's Gemini API, domain services or security services. AI prompts and attached reference files are sent to the configured AI provider for generation. Avoid submitting sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
Public pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from jsDelivr; those services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Telegram support links open a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Read our cookie information for the cookies and browser storage used for sessions, secure forms and interface preferences. The public-site notice does not enable optional tracking.
Abuse reports
You can report abuse through a support ticket or Telegram. We use the links, descriptions, evidence and contact details you provide to investigate the concern and follow up. Support tickets are stored with your account records; Telegram messages are also handled by Telegram under its own privacy practices. Reports are not published or automatically forwarded to the reported account.
Storage and access
Records are stored in the systems supporting the relevant account, campaign, billing and security functions. This page does not promise a single retention period for all record types. Contact support for retention, account access, correction or deletion questions; include only the information needed to identify your request.
Changes to this notice will be reflected on this page. See our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy for service rules.
